These first moments with your newborn are fleeting.  As a California photographer who specializes in newborn portraits, I always recommend booking your session during your pregnancy and this beautiful mama was on the ball.  She contacted me months before her delivery which gave us plenty of time to customize and plan her session.  It also gave her the peace of mind knowing that we had set time aside just for her and she didn't have to scramble at the last minute finding a professional photographer she could trust with her new baby.
