Wildflower! That's what this beautiful mama calls her 2 year old daughter because she is full of life and spirit. So how appropriate that we should shoot this family's maternity session in the last bit of wildflowers left from the central valley's rains. We're so grateful for clients who choose us to capture and preserve their special moments in life and can't wait to meet "Wildflower's" baby brother!
Miss Blair just turned 3 and had a ballerina birthday to celebrate. When Mom came in for her consultation she explained that she wasn't able to get any really pretty photos of Blair at her party and her wish was to capture some beautiful images at this stage of her life. Here are a few favorites we captured during her fun session which began with some posing and twirling and ended with some sweet contemplative images as she sat and sang and chatted with her Mom which is just around the corner out of sight.
Emerson's daddy is a fireman so naturally we were excited when Mom and Dad wanted to create images dressed in his turn outs. Mom even brought a hand made little fireman's outfit for Emerson! His parents chose one of our premier layflat albums with 20 stunning images to preserve these once in a lifetime memories. They added the digital copies to make gift prints for friends and family. I can't wait to watch this little guy grow up and use our fireman's truck prop in the Fall for his sitting milestone session.

Welcome back! This family's yearly portrait session just happened to be on the couple's 9 year Anniversary. Mom said that it will be really cool to look back on these images knowing they were taken ON their actual anniversary date. Titus was just a little shy, clining tightly to his mommy, as it had been a year since his last portrait date with us. It didn't take him long though to warm up to us as we took a little walk down the hill and foraged through some tall grass chatting about bunnies, birds and chipmunks. There is nothing quite like the delight on a little one's face when you ask 'did you see that bunny behind the tree?'

How will I love you? Let me count the ways... Yvette's stylized maternity portrait session included a little bit of the most important people, pets and things in her life. Having recently moved to the central valley, and being a big big lover of fruit, shooting the session in an orchard was top priority. Including first time daddy, Omar, and her pups, Paris and Brooklyn were a must too as they were the first babies in their lives. With daddy in the U.S. Navy this family is always on the move and next Spring they will be moving their family to Italy which explains the awesome image with the globe. We're all waiting anxiously now to find out the gender of baby ...
